Here's how to contact me! If you are booking an appointment more than three days in advance, please email me. For two days or less, please call to set up your appointment. Please do not ask inappropriate or explicit questions; that will get you no reply.

In your email (for an advance appointment), I will need your:

and (if I'm visiting you in a hotel or office)
Business phone
Business name:
Business location:
Location that we will be meeting (full home address or hotel and city):
Date that you wish to have an appointment:
Length of time you would like the appointment to be (2 hrs, dinner date, etc)
A good time to call (I will call discreetly;)

Feel free to copy and paste the above. All information is kept completely confidential. If you are not comfortable with giving me that information, I am not comfortable with seeing you. If I don't receive the above information, I will refer you back to my site. Also, cell phones are NOT verifiable and will not be called back.
